Welcome Reception
On the evening of Monday, 23th of September, the welcome reception will be held at the
Planetarium Bochum (see
Travel Information for directions), starting at 19:00.
Finger food and drinks will be provided, and all participants of the conference are kindly invited to partake in this informal get-together.
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will take place at
Beckmanns Hof on Wednesday, 25th of September, from 19:00 to 22:00. The price for the dinner is already included in the conference fee. If you are travelling with your partner, she/he will be welcome to
join the conference dinner as well. The price of the dinner for external people would be of 45 € and it should be paid beforehand. Please, indicate this in the registration form.
The dinner will consist of an Italian buffet that includes options for vegetarians.
